Each year the Wyndham Hotel Group which is the largest hotel group in the world recognises all of its hotels across each brand, throughout Europe, Middle East & Asia and awards are presented to the highest achieving hotels based on criteria such as Quality and Guest Satisfaction.

***This year the Ramada Encore Hotel won the Medallia Award 2009.***

Medallia is the guest satisfaction survey which gets sent to every customer with an email address. The award is scored on the amount of questionnaires sent, the satisfaction score for each guest and the amount of responses to the guest by the hotel.
